As Framer templates are a digital product, typically this means refunds are not granted. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at hello@frameight.co with more details.
Before refunds we'd like to go through possible issues you've had with the template or any other reasoning behind the refund request.
Please do note that a purchase of a website template is not the same as getting a pre-built website: minor changes and especially branding related changes are to be expected.
